"They’ve insured my house, my car, and after I got ambitious a surprise auxiliary structure that didn’t exist when the policy started. No raised eyebrows. Just an “Okay, we’ll add that.” Also, when my wife was in a no-fault accident, they handled it efficiently and without turning it into a full-time job for us. Which, in the world of insurance, basically makes them unicorns. Reliable, straightforward, and clutch under pressure, basically the Josh Allen of insurance. Total GOAT behavior."
